ROASTED GARLIC.


1- cut the head of garlic in half, drizzle with olive oil and salt and black pepper if needed.

2 - Make a package with aluminum foil and bake at a preheated oven to 375°F for 40 - 45 minutes. 

Roasted garlic is delicious! It is easy to make and versatile. I like to roast garlic to use on top steaks, or squeeze it on a french baguette, or onto a bruchetta , or to use in my cooking,  jazzing up the flavors of my soups,  salad dressings, and also into my mush potatoes, as well as I love to mush them with a fork and finalize my sauces, soups and stews.   

Voila.
